Our Texas trip...

As many of you know my Grandfather passed away last Janaury and due to many situations/issues we were not able to have a funeral until now. So last Wednesday Jacks and I went to Texas with my parents for his funeral/memorial.
Grandpa Chiaia (Nick's dad) was an amazing man and one of the best Grandpa's to me! I am so lucky to have had him in my life--he taught me to always strive for the best and to NEVER give up! My boys are very lucky to have such a wonderful angel watching over them:)
It was so good to see this part of my family...due to the distance between us we rarely get together. Jacks had a blast with his Great Aunts, Great Uncle and Great Grandma:) We love you guys and hope to see all of you very soon!!

Well we decided to have our Christmas after all the holiday hustle this year...the boys loved having another Christmas in January! What a great time we had! I always love spending time with Kelly, Jacob and Maddie:) Due to a tire issue we ended up getting to spend more time than expected and it made me miss these guys even more.
Jacob is growing up to be such a young man...he is so good with the boys and is very helpful. I am so proud of him and love that I get to call him my Godchild.
Maddie is such a beautiful little princess and fashionesta! A girl after my own heart;) She was so sweet all night--kept thanking me over and over for her gifts.
Kelly you have two wonderful children and thank you for letting me share them with you.

New Years Eve...

What a great time we had at the Spoors last night...rang in the New Year with a BANG! I was told it is tradition to shoot of a gun at Midnight at the Spoor house New Years Eve and sure enough we did:) The boys had a blast with all the kids and Gavin made a new friend/fighting buddy;)
