First Days of school...

Well my baby boys are growing up and I am not liking it at all:) I had a very hard time dealing with Jackson heading off to Kindergarten this year...I just wish I could freeze time!
I will start with Gavin...after his rough start Monday (missed the bus) he was a little hesitant about this whole preschool thing but once Wednesday hit he was loving the idea of the classroom with all of his new friends. He is also very excited that he has his good friend Ella in his classroom this year...they are inseparable I hear from the teacher:)

As I said, I had a hard time letting go of Jacks Tuesday morning literally...I would not stop kissing and hugging him at the babysitters! Our sitter finally had to say "you need to just go"...lol Jackson was definitely ready to begin his new journey at the "big kid" school as he calls it. Josh and I are very lucky to have so many people at the school to watch over him and keep him in line:) He loves his teacher and is already making friends--this is going to be a great year for him!

The Beach!

Words can not describe how much fun we had on our beach vacation this year. Jill blessed us with a wonderful trip that we will never forget! We went to Litchfield Beach just south of Myrtle Beach--thanks to Jill we had a house right on the beach. This was so nice with the boys--come and go as they please (which they did a lot of).
We have memories that will last a lifetime and can not wait to go back!

Had a great time with my Dad over the weekend! I am so glad that he is a big part of my boys life even though he is so far away. They love hanging out with him esp. when he provides water slides...lol
Thanks Dad for a great weekend and it was so nice to see our extended family!

Jellystone Mania!

A few weekends ago we all (us and my parents) went on a camping trip that involved Yogi and BooBoo. We had never been to this campground and let me tell you we have all decided to make it a yearly trip...it was so much fun!!
The boys could not believe that they were actually going to stay where Yogi and BooBoo live...they kept wanting to know if our picnic basket was going to be stolen:) Gavin was esp. excited to see BooBoo--it was all he could talk about the whole ride there.
